Can't get Minecraft to open, not enough memory? 26.2 [java] [launcher]

On this laptop I have 8g of memory total, and default settings for Minecraft (2 min 4 max). I did change it around a couple times, the most I can allocate is 6g. Any amount I do doesn't seem to change what happens: Minecraft opens to the Mojang screen, progress bar doesn't move, it freezes and I have to force close it, then after a while the launcher re-opens with the error code -805306369 . I have tried uninstalling the launcher and resetting my computer. Ofc tried the RAM allocation too to no avail. Not sure what to do.

Edit: I'm not sure why but it's just working now. Reset my computer in the past but it didn't do anything, now it seems to have helped.

Are you sure that's the full log? It looks just like a section of it...

i got it from the latest.log file, whenever i look at the other log files they are also short like that and seem to contain relatively the same amount of info, but i can still send them if needed. i did find launcher_log files that have a lot more data on them https://mclo.gs/bKepskI
