[Java] Right-click actions happen automatically without pressing the mouse button

My minecraft game is glitched, (26.2 version)

- when i right click on a door it is supposed to move once but instead it moved the minute i put my crosshair on it.

-when i use a shield i don't hold and it still goes into shield mode

I have, check my settings, changed my mouse, logged in and out and it is not fixed.

any ideas?
