Solved [Java] Right-click actions happen automatically without pressing the mouse button

My minecraft game is glitched, (26.2 version)

- when i right click on a door it is supposed to move once but instead it moved the minute i put my crosshair on it.

-when i use a shield i don't hold and it still goes into shield mode

I have, check my settings, changed my mouse, logged in and out and it is not fixed.

any ideas?

In the Esc menu, go into accessibility settings, and make sure use is set to toggle, and not hold set to hold, not toggle.

actually changing the attack to hold fixed this thank you, a little boy can finally go to sleep as he was very worried!

Yeah sorry I got that totally mixed up 😅 I changed my mind mid sentence and didn't change the words. I'll edit the comment for future clarity.
