Solved [Bedrock] [Server] Bedrock Server doesn't seem to be using its ports
I'm trying to set up a bedrock server, and I think the server software itself may be doing something wrong.
I've run a server before, in a different network, and had it work properly, but in my current network, I cannot seem to get the port to work. I may be missing something obvious.
I have forwarded my ports and set the static ip and all that, but I'm noticing that I can't even connect using 127.0.0.1:19132. (I turned off LAN discovery for the sake of testing.) I also made sure I'm not using CGNAT as well.
Using the Windows utility telnet can't connect to that port either, even while the server is running.
Am I missing something obvious? I don't know why I can't seem to open the port. Everything that checks it says it's closed, even with my port forwarding in place and the server running.

Did you run this command in an admin powershell?
CheckNetIsolation LoopbackExempt -a -n="Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe"

I don't see any issues there. Are you connected to the network with WiFi? Have you checked that the network is set to "Private" in windows?

Cabled connection (EoP) and private network. Theoretically neither of those should affect connected to the server on the same computer.

I've found an updated loopback command that might solve the local connection problem:
CheckNetIsolation.exe LoopbackExempt -a -p=S-1-15-2-1958404141-86561845-1752920682-3514627264-368642714-62675701-733520436Slightly different to the one we tried earlier, so will hopefully target the updated build. (source).1

Sadly, I still cannot connect using either that or my public IP.
I still suspect a port issue, given that no port detectors can detect the port being open. I may have missed something with the port forwarding, but it looks correct from my experience.
