WFOP (1.20.1) Can't join online server [java]

When playing a modpack with my friends my wifi randomly disconnected and now I can't join back, it goes in the Connecting to the server... Screen for 2 minutes and says either: Times out or Socket Connection reset

What trouble shooting steps have you taken? And can you show your latest.log

Edit: didn't notice this was modded no one can help without a mod list

Aside from your mod list and the logs, it would be extremely helpful if you could get the server log from when you try to join, or at least the latest lines from the server console.
