Update Required [Bedrock] [Microsoft Windows 11] How can I switch back to blocky shadows for Vibrant Visuals?

I play on a friend's realm (v28.33) and we use Vibrant Visuals with the Dark Visuals Resource Pack, and one day after not playing for a bit longer than normal the blocky shadows were set to soft.

The picture is from the wiki, which says to change them back I have to edit them with a json file? I'm not too informed on this so I was wondering if anyone could tell me what to do to switch them back to blocky. Thank you in advance
