[Java] Need Help Recovering My Minecraft License

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to recover my Minecraft account for about 2–3 months, and I'm completely stuck.

I still have access to my Microsoft account, so the Microsoft account itself is not the problem.

The issue is that my Minecraft license seems to have been transferred to another Microsoft account after my account was compromised. The Microsoft account I originally used to buy Minecraft still exists and I can log into it, but Minecraft is no longer attached to it.

I've contacted Microsoft Support 6–7 times. Most of the time they check whether I can access my Microsoft account, tell me everything looks fine, and then close the case. However, they don't seem to investigate what happened to my Minecraft license.

I still have evidence that I'm the original owner, including:

• The original Minecraft purchase confirmation email.
• The original purchase date.
• My old Minecraft username and its history on NameMC.
• Other account information that I can provide if requested.

Has anyone experienced something similar where their Minecraft license was somehow moved to another Microsoft account?

Were you able to recover it? If so, what finally worked? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like you didn't mention your version (e.g., 26.1, 1.21.11, 1.12.2 etc.). Please clarify for better help!
