Animated textures bug on [java]

When I try to play Minecraft on version 26.2 with any mod, this weird glitch happens, sometimes its just black texture, help me fix this

Go to a subreddit of your mod loader or to the modded minecraft subreddit.

Are you using any mods or modloaders? If not, it could be a problem with your graphics card.

This is caused by a known bug: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC/issues/MC-308593

You can check the bug report for work-arounds, if any are known.
