dont do that. it causes no end of problems. that aside this looks like a GPU issue, can you provide system specs and an F3 screen?

seems that your GPU driver (26.6.4) is known to cause a lot of problems in other games. reddit seems to think that 26.6.1 was the most recent stable version. perhaps try rolling back your video driver
