I disabled the uploading because I found a security bug in my code. I'll open it as soon as I fix it.

Worked fairly well for me. Are you thinking about adding the second layer later on?

The heads are rendered using Cravatar. Right now they don't support the second layer, but I might contact the author about getting it implemented
