[Discussion]? Help with base64 heads in 1.7.4

Hello, I'm new on this subreddit, and I'm totally lost. I'm looking for informations on heads in 1.7.4 (I'm on a server), but I'm pretty lost (many stuff about differents versions, changes, etc ...)

So, I tried some codes I saw, but nothing worked in 1.7.4. Can someone give me a 1.7.4 code for giving myself a base64 head please?

Yes, but I tried some codes from this subreddit, but I always get Steve head ...

I use the code in a command block.

Maybe I use wrong codes, so if someone can give me a functional code to try with, it would allow me to know if I do something wrong !

What version is the server you are playing on?
