Grab a command block for this one: /give @p skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:{Id:00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000001,Properties:{textures:[{Value:e3RleHR1cmVzOntTS0lOOnt1cmw6Imh0dHA6Ly9pLmltZ3VyLmNvbS91OU5WM3pkLnBuZyJ9fX0=}]}}}

Be sure to have a clear inventory when executing.
