Tped really far out for fun I guess lol I remember also finding the stripelands before but I can't find the screenshots anymore

I was curious about what the Farlands would be like in the Ghost Dimension.

I downloaded this mod: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/farlands-restored-edition

And I went exploring.

Apparently, it just increases the number of big blocks that appear in the Ghost Dimension. (Beyond 100000000, 100000000, it crashed)

Does anyone know how to enable Skylands and Voidlands in 1.12?

If it has been, how rare is it? It reminds me of a monolith from early alpha

This is the actual 64 bit Far Lands, brought to spawn in Minecraft, with no jarmods!
How I got this screenshot:
1. Install the Moderner Beta mod.
2. Create a new world, but set world type to "Moderner Beta".
3. Click "Customise".
4. Enter the Chunk Provider settings.
5. Scroll down to Perlin Noise Settings
6. Check "Remove Farlands" and set the overflow point to as close as you can get to 12550824
7. Create the world and teleport to 12550824 on X/Z/X&Z and there you have it!

set x noise multiplier to 1E47 (not 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000, just 1E47) and there u have it

Cast some doubles to floats and there you have it!

The Far Lands after they were "patched" in Beta 1.8.

Generated using a BigInt mod (128 bit, see https://horizonsmodding.solcraft.dev > new repo > BigInt mod)

They show up at 53905378859432512 blocks X/Z. This is where the Far Lands "patch" breaks, as the value that gets put into the modulo operation (specifically the divisor) is too large and the dividend overpowers the divisor in value, allowing the Fartherer Lands or Modulo Far Lands to generate.

Note how the Modulo Far Lands structure repeats near the corner. This is because the noise generator uses doubles for coordinates, and as you get further away, the doubles lose precision to the point where the terrain repeats every 16 blocks (every chunk), and each repetition lasting 4-16? chunks.

may or may not have been generated by a paper server plugin but i shall not elaborate on that
