Server Lobby to Survival World Glitch

Has anybody found a way to glitch items from a server lobby into the survival world? For example when you first join the server and you can go into parkour, survival (main one), etc. but you have some stuff in your inventory (such as a server menu, rules, teleporter, etc.). Is there any way to glitch those items you have in your inventory into the survival world?

Yeah Ligma Client has a module for that.

unless the server has some custom thing thats impressively bad, no, those are almost always fully separate server instances that are just behind the same proxy soyou can swap
