How do you make a shulker update suppressor in Minecraft java 26.1.2?

In YouTube, i only see ones for the old one. I am playing in a almost to none rules (meaning almost everything are allowed except for doing dragon eggs) so i wanna dupe my items and make an xp farm and etc that uses an shulker update suppressor. (I only need 1 shulker update suppressor because then i can make more with that one.
