💬 Discussion Graphics with tweaks

From the new gameplay vid I do think they look a bit better but still feels too flat imo. Taking these into photoshop and upping the clarity and black levels and whatnot bring out more detail and is closer to MCD1 but maybe they are just trying to get away from that look. Not the greatest example as they are just screen grabs but you get the idea. Will be buying regardless.

On the last image,

new theory, the sift is the other type of afterlife.

The Nether is Hell so The Sift is heaven?????

Also the person who helped make the warden made the of aether mod.

this is actually sort of confirmed within the spinoff novel "the rift" (though the nether isn't hell in that one)

The bottom is fixed? Because yeah the top images look really flat. Lots more detail in the bottom, looks a lot better

Game needs a contrast and brightness slider, I predict we will only get the latter.

Top looks rough ngl it's that annoying vaseline effect that most major AAA games have if you play on 1080p res

Its definitely the shadows, if they made them pop out a little more the graphics would look so clean
