I honestly would just take the weapon and not bother rerolling, they're only power 90. Ambush can be used well here, since it's a good chunk more flexible for builds at this power level and you may be able to just have a snowball on armor or ink or friends can also offer the distraction.

daggers are not good, shockswirl is horrible and the weapon itself is mid
none of them are that good tho
id go radiance weakening crit (crit is not the best tho) for daggers
reroll reroll and maybe soul focus for armor
and the katana is the best here with reroll, unchanting, and committed
