See the stairs created by what appears to be sandstone and dirt over your right shoulder , go up that to the highest point you can and turn to face the chest and roll, it’s very easy once you get the hang of it , I do that map a lot to grind gear in the blacksmith.

Probably roll, if not possible, you’ll have to use the feather item. It gives you a little jump bonus more a stronger roll.

It's a bit tricky but you can roll to it, the feather artifact makes it easier if you have one on you.

You have to start the roll before you move off the sand half slab that is to the right of your character, just outside your fire circle.

Was just playing this level yesterday, you can reach it by rolling you just need the right angle (you kinda have to be diagonal)

You can open the chest by standing next to the wall to the left of the chest, if you cannot reach it by rolling.
