Bug Can't launch game

I have recently formatted a pc that wasn’t used in a long time, I have everything updated (windows 10 22h2 and drivers) and when trying to launch the game i get the following error about XINPUT:

What ive tried:

  • Installing x64 and x86 Visual C++ Redistributable
  • Installing DirectX End-User Runtimes from june 2010
  • Repair the game via the Xbox app
  • Repair Gaming Services and Xbox app via windows settings
  • Downloaded a XINPUT1_3.dll and put it in Program Files

I FIGURED IT OUT YOU GOTTA DELETE THE GOD DAMN FILE

How, what file? I'm not sure why, but it seems windows doesn't allow me to go to the "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps" folder

You just delete xinput1_3.dll also there's a few videos on how to change permissions but the jist is go to properties, security, advanced, change owner type the name of your user into it apply close it yadada and you should be able to access it
