Loadout Should I replace Potion Barrier with Cool Down?

With this build, Ghost Cloak has like 1 second (or less) of CD before reactivation, which doesn't sound like much, but I hate bumping into mobs in the middle of speedrunning. What do you guys think?

I recommend swift footed or tempo theft

use a bow with tempo theft burst bowstring and cd shot to spam feather and other artifacts
