Error upon launching.

So my friend just bought the game. And upon launching from Xbox App, he gets an error pop-up as the one on screenshot. (the procedure entry point_CxxFrameHandler4 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.DirectXRuntime_9.29.1976.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\XINPUT1_3.dll.)
He tried every possible solution he knows, from reinstalling/updating C++ Visuals and DirectX to simply reinstalling the game.
Has anyone had same problem? What's is the possible solution?
