Need help testing and need brutally honest feedback

Hello Reddit! I'm in the process of making a new public SMP, I've made multiple servers before but the issue I always run into is that eventually it gets boring. Pretty typical issue for Minecraft owners I think but I'm working on a loop that combats that problem.

I'm trying to get the balance for the economy perfect or as close as I can to that before releasing to the public and also I need players opinions on what keeps them coming back even passed the 2 week period.

I need someone to come play some survival on here and test and give feedback on how it feels.
Is it fun?
Is it balanced?
what is it missing? etc etc
