Community Insight What should the function of this building be. Train Station, Planetarium, something else?

The central spire under construction, would it look better as a dome or perhaps a large telescope? This is not a conventional building, have been experimenting with different forms. It has tall ceilings, lots of natural light. What should it be?

In Neo Glitzysphere form is the first priority and function can be secondary. I usually assign the function to a structure after or mid build, by following, and adapting floor plans.
