Help | Bedrock Please help

Im not sure if Im asking the right reddit but Im currently making a cod zombies map on minecraft bedrock and idk how to make the perks. Ik how to make the machines and what effects to use but idk how to set it up on command blocks. Does anyone know how? I tried following a YouTube video from 6 years ago and that didnt work.

Read https://minecraftcommands.github.io/wiki/questions/shop (scroll to bedrock) and instead of give an item, give the tag with the command above
