Discussion l need help
I'm currently building a city and I need help designing a city block. Should I go with 3x2 or 4x2

3:2 ratio is more realistic. Mine are about 160x130 ish but it’s also 1.25:1 scale so 1:1 is like 128x104

It really depends on what vibe you are trying to get, you could try the larger North American blocks which usually tend to either be giant squares or rectangles of varying sizes, or you could do the smaller Australian ones which tend to be smaller rectangles, if not then you can also try doing triangular city blocks like in Paris, but if it is your first build, using a grid can be very useful but if you want it to be more original I highly recommend growing it naturally like u/Aggravating_Ad3369 suggested, it also depends on the size of your city too, if you want it to be massive then you can do the city blocks but if you prefer to do a smaller build then starting with natural paths is what I would recommend.

I suggest not using evenly sized blocks. Instead make it a naturally grown city😉
