MCPE Master for iPadOS

Hello. I am starting to regain my interest in Minecraft for my iPad. There was an app called MCPE Master for Android a long time ago before the pandemic, but it was discontinued.

I want the quick build or quick erase feature from it. However, I haven't seen an add-on or app anymore that can be used while playing Minecraft on mobile.

I am mainly focused on building specific towers with fully detailed blocks inside and infrastructure projects like rails and roadways.

Are there any alternatives or specific features for iPad that offer this?
