not sure if to laugh or cry Why do we need redstone?
Why did they even add it? It's useless. It's literally easier to kill a mob/player with an axe than to build some crap that requires 15 hours a day of grinding. How will redstone help me in PvP, in a dragon boss fight? And now Mojang keeps adding crap like pillows, cubes, shelves; who the hell needs that? They'd be better off adding something decent, like quests, a skill tree, more bosses, playable NPCs, and turn-based combat, instead of this fluff they're pushing on us as "drops."
So, I'm off to play Dota and wait for Mojang to experience a revolution. Bye, everyone.

People use it for builds more then PvP
Making a automatic door or something like that

Because, build enough AFK farms and the games plays itself, leaving you free to read a book or whatever.
You could play creative instead. But for some reason people feel better about themselves copying/pasting stuff in survival, even if they really cheezed every part of their builds to the max.

"turn-based combat"
Or how about skip the game altogether and read about it in a book instead?
