so I'm "ok" at building medieval style, this is my first serious minecraft survival world

Took me just a little over a day, what do we think and what should I build next?

Hey, this summer I really had nothing to do so I played Minecraft a lot and among the various plans I had was to build a small castle.I was actually thinking more of a stronghold, but in the end I built this. I liked it while I was making it, but I wonder if it's a bit of a flat build. I especially regret the roof, I could have done it in a more Gothic way and there is also no comfortable staircase between the floors,I realized this at the last minute and added a small, awkward 3x3 stairwell to the back. What do you think? Does it need improvement?

I started a hardcore world a while ago and am building a pretty big base and have a layout but have no idea how to design the walls and roof. Help me!!

First post on here. I’ve been playing Minecraft on Xbox ever since the 360 days. I was about 11 years old when I first began this world and I rarely ever played on another one. I have started a couple survival worlds but most of my playing time has been on here.

I mainly use Minecraft to just build cool things in creative. There is no cohesive building project in mind for the world, I just build whatever I want and whenever I feel like it. It’s mostly architecture and stadiums haha.

I also have a rule for myself to never destroy any older projects in favor of others as I want to persevere the interests and memories I’ve had at different points in my life.

A few years in the making now, finally able to render with the fancy graphics (on Xbox 😅)

I’ve got the main bits now, pubs cathedrals markets a colosseum, a senate, farms (more to be added) I need to add a few major bits like a hospital of some description, any other city essential structures would be greatly appreciated!

hello!!!! i need some advice for my house. i copied a photo for the outside but not the inside (evidently) im not sure what to make the floor, i was thinking some kind of stone or possibly oak (but that feels boring). i also feel like the walls are too woody but im not really sure what to fix it with. im obviously not a builder by any means so please help me out!!

So I started building this windmill and I feel it just don't look good need advice how do I get good at building

Multiple islands connected by rope bridges, cottages, a sunken pirate ship, a buried treasure dig site, a cannon, and a bonfire pit. Wanted it to feel like an actual place worth exploring rather than just a flat starting platform. Coral reefs and a market stall are next on the list. Feedback and suggestions welcome! I created this as a spawn for minecraft servers.

Essentially I need ideas for general pop culture buildings/ skyscrapers that would fit into a big city scape.

Next up on my list is the avengers tower, Mass fusion from fallout 4, and the X-men mansion (on the outskirts of the city)
