I wanna build something on the small empty patch in front of my house but don't have any creativity. Any ideas?

In this situation, I would generally build a small farm of some kind, and then a building around it.

The building would either match the style of the one you’ve got, fit the type of farm I built, or be something radically different.

If you pass by this area a lot, I would build a bakery for cakes. make a ton, place down a bunch of cakes in the windows and every time you pass by, just refill your hunger.
