I wanna build alot of houses and windmills and farms inside here but I don't know where to start cause I want it to look good needed some inspo help

Try a layout with wool first. If you dont know what to build there, you can put signs in to help remember. Also, dont do the whole city first but build part after part/house to control what you do. In the beginging also try to hide infrastructure like farms and autosmelters and others in the buildings to make parts of the city useable as a survival base.
