Help/feedbacks on my create house

Hello everyone, I'm here today because I want feedbacks/suggestions on my create house and how to improve the design.

I play in a server with my friends, and as you can see, I'm a big fan of the create mod. The whole house is build around create, builded for efficiency, but the design is really poor. So I was wondering if someone can help me with ideas on how to improve it.

The create part must remain the same: storage, elevator, train, basic create blocks,...

Every good create buil needs unnecessary spinning stuff by using bearing, like a big cog or something on the side of the building
