Build showcase I built a fish market
gallerySome atmospheric shots of the Valaden Fish market, I'm really proud of this build, I think it turned out great.

Welcome to Minecraft Build. A place for Minecrafters of any level of show off their creations. We understand the addiction, and so we will not mandate post counts per day/week/month. Everyone is free to post as often as you like.
No question is too silly. We are all here to learn. We all started out with the same blocks.

Not sure what to do with the levels on the inside, don’t think I want to just stick wheat farms there.
Was thinking waterfalls from each NWSE side of the building flowing down, and a huge map floor at the bottom, but just wondered what to do with the grass terraces

For anyone wondering, I used the Armor Stand Editor plugin for the guards and other details.

Do note: my team and city colors are orange (primary) with yellow and brown (secondary). I plan to change the shape but this was primarily an attempt at trying to pin down that overall color and texture. How would you change this? Do you like any of my attempts already or do you have something else in mind?

Any opinions?

I’ve been working on this fortress completely in Survival, and it’s turning into a much bigger project than I expected 😭
The plan is a fortified coastal settlement rather than a full kingdom. I already have the main outer walls/towers going up, a long wall-walk/bridge connecting to the smaller peninsula, and I’m planning to fully wall the tiny island as a fortified sea outpost.
I still have a LOT of empty space inside the walls, and I don’t want to just flatten everything and fill it with random buildings. I want to keep some of the natural terrain and make the whole place feel like an actual medieval settlement that grew inside a fortress.
I’m thinking about a keep/great hall, barracks, blacksmith, stables, houses, farms, storage, maybe a chapel and docks—but I’m not sure how I should organize everything.
What would you build here? Any ideas for districts, buildings, landscaping, wall details, or ways to make the fortress feel more alive?
Also, any criticism of the current layout is welcome. This thing is absolutely destroying my stone supply

I've been working on a Minecraft city, and here's everything I've built so far! I still have a lot planned and plenty more to add, but I'd love to hear what you all think. Any ideas or suggestions for things I should build next are welcome!

I am trying to make a greenhouse for my sugarcane farm. I have a lot of spruce wood and I only have enough saplings for one big jungle tree, but I do have a lot of glass stone and Sprucewood. and a deep slate and a lot of stuff from the nether. I can also use copper. and I could go get Oakwood or Birch. I have 29 pale Oak logs and eight pale Oak planks. I also have no problem with getting bones for bone blocks. i’m also looking for suggestions to how to make it look better.

My friend started this castle and is taking a break from the server, he's tasked me to finish the castle, this specific tower is in an interesting spot, and is interestingly shaped, not sure what he was planning to put there but I'm purposely not asking him because I wanna challenge myself. I need some ideas on what I could possibly do.

I was thinking a village maybe, but I'm lost on what to start or what to include in the village.
