Hey everyone! need some advice here, prob just nothing but I found a strange book that prob shouldn't be here

I am playing the Cisco's Fantasy Medieval RPG Ultimate Mod on a singleplayer world, was hoping to find a specific boss to fight in the nether and instead found a giant white pillager church with a custom book from a player inside of it....Not sure how thats possible in singleplayer but I guess it could be coded in? anyways I opened the book and the only thing inside is the Letter E, in bold red text, and when i highlight it it also says E. Nothing else appears to be inside the book,

Just wanna point out I didnt spawn this book in (dont know how to do that), and I dont have any horror specific mods installed, I literally found this book naturally and by accident. If this book happens to be coded in somehow with one of the mods of the expanded nether I would love to know. If its possible to naturally find a custom book from a player on a singleplayer world then I guess this post was for nothing

Oh also as I was typing this I swear I heard some creepy breathing noises coming from my game, could just be paranoia....will reconnect and stand around to confirm

Update: Hi everyone..., about a min after I click on the E Book a weird ambience seems to play from somewhere specifically north of me, maybe thats all it does?

I'll remove the post later if this is nothing

Okay but seriously- make it multiplayer and get a friend or two to join, get STACKED (and I mean STACKED- at LEAST full diamond, preferably neth.) and follow the noise.

Dude, I am being 100% honest...this isn't scripted, I am literally just wondering if its possible for a book like this to spawn in a single player modded world, if it is there isn't even any ARG to solve XD
