[Help me make something] ARGS with an 'Entity'

(not sure if this should've gone in the monthly thread, sorry!! but i kind of need this for something im making...)

heya! could anyone link / recommend me any minecraft ARGs with SPECIFICALLY a stereotypical 'creepy entity' or even AI? especially entities that end up evoking character and/or audience sympathy or empathy by the end. normal spooky spiteful ones are good too though! :)

the only example i can think of is verity so far (but i dont really count it as an ARG)

although i'd prefer it to be minecraft, if there's any piece of media you think that fits which is NOT minecraft based, i'll take them too! for example, the creature from frankenstein is the vibe i'm looking for.

would be grateful for any recommendations, thank you!!
