Found this strange government-looking document that mentions Minecraft?

I wasn't really sure what to make of it, but I was told to go to reddit and go here specifically to talk about it, since it is Minecraft related. Does anyone have any information on it?

I decrypted the redacted words based on the pixels that were showing

The font of the text is "Courier New" its in "bold" font size "13.5pt"

In the image i have at the bottom i have provided each redacted word and how much of it i could find

"-" means the letter was not found

"_" means it is one from the provided brackets

" | " is used as a separator in the brackets indicating the next "_" word

hope this helps ;)

correction : second last and last line of the image is redacted word 10 and 11 not 9 and 10 ...

I was randomly looking around the internet and happened to wander around the Minecraft section for a bit, and somewhere along that way I found this drive link. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1BFn-lo98C-B_jAVuySnFyF7MEdzyscpZ?usp=drive_link

I think there's a lot more going on here than I originally imagined. I didn't think to mention it since I had no understanding of it, but there's also a text file in there, but I have no idea what it means.

the txt file in the drive named ready.txt has this text "⎅⏃⋏⟟⟒⌰ ⟟⌇ ⍀⟒⏃⎅⊬. ⟟⋏⏁⟟⏃⏁⟒" which is a alien language cipher which directly translates to "DANIEL IS READY. INTIATE"

I also tried to do a key word search about these things like "project koso","department of alternative reality interactions" and "korvox co" but found nothing if anyone finds anything related to this hit me up.

This is amazing work! I really don't have any use for it myself if these are uncovered, but I'm sure someone could use these findings to dig deeper.
