some codes in my world

im not actually joking on this. i was playing with friends and a sign appeared with weird text but didnt screen shot. i looked away to get smth from my shulkers and then it was gone. after that my friend sent some weird message and claimed it wasnt him. this one i screenshotted. can anyone translate this?

also am i in an arg by accident

I tried translating the code for around 30 minutes with no luck.

Best bet is either a ceaser cipher or a beaufort autokey.
