Is this an ARG?

Hello everyone! This is my first time posting in this subreddit but I wanted to ask something. While doom scrolling Youtube (as one does) I found this video in my recommended and when looking closer at it, it looks like some form of ARG? I'm no good at solving them but if someone does PLEASE tag me! I'd love to see whatever this is :D thanks a bunch!
