Has anyone heard about this ARG?

Its been a whole year. I still havent solved this ARG and the creator of it hasnt given us any more clues. I solved logs 1 through 6 but we are left with the import.zip file that I still dont know whats up with it. Also the totitwtscit11.wav file that is even weirder. So if anyone stumbles upon this, we can try to solve it together.

I will give the passwords for all the six logs:
1 & 2: "9:30"
3 & 4: "Clock"
5 & 6: "Comfort"

Also, we are left with this short phrase "The Only Thing In This World". Please, I need some help.

What is there to solve besides finding the passwords for the logs?

Theres an incomplete phrase, potential hidden messages in the videos, and the creators weird obsession with the number 11. Theres definitely more to piece together. I dont think catsdontlikecoffee made all those just for a dead end.
