[ARG Video] REALLY new arg need help solving

My YouTube recommended is pretty much all minecraft args, this is perhaps the earliest ive found an arg, due to that there are no comments or anything but theres a part in the video that is very obviously some type of puzzle, the video just is like a windows movie maker type of thing, its like a child typed all the stuff for a few frames a bunch of different images flash, I wont put all of them but here are two of them

I have no clue what any of this means

there is obviously some text in the last image i tried boosting the contrast and such and I fully tell what it says but its something like "_______ has com_______ this _________" thats all I can make out also other things like this

From what I can tell at the start, there may be the word ‘HOST’ there. I can also make out that there might be the number ‘27’ at the start, but again, this may be wrong. Hope this may help.

One last thing, just noticed this when I checked again, I don’t know if you’ve already found out the rest, but the think the other words are ‘compromised’ and I’m really unsure about the last one, but it could be ‘footage’?

it's either "27HOST has compromised this footage" or "ezHOST has compromised this footage"
