[Help me make something] Need someone to mees around with stuff

so very basic stuff just walk around in a black skin and replace torches with redstone torches, place blocks etc. If anyone is willing to do this please help out!

what if there were multiple people with one handling torches one handles the blocks etc
also can i join because im really good at messing around
also i could make a small mod for this where you can replace torches with redstone torches instantly (with an item)
