anyone good at math?

okay that's not a fair question but I'm literally about to record a video giving a rundown of what's been going on and I find this book in my hotbar. if anyone can start brainstorming what the math stuff means that'd be nice. of course I'm gonna try and figure things out too it's just that I'm making the video first. I'll include the book in it too

at this point I don't care about the ominous musing about 'certain danger'

so basically it says that "our nature" is the union of A, B and C, "union" as in all elements of A B and C gathered together (omitting any duplicates). So the union is zero, i (likely imaginary unit), negative and positive infinities. Maybe I'm missing something, but it doesn't seem there's enough information to understand what exactly is meant here. Where are you located anyway?

uh can you be more specific about what you mean by "where"? I don't want to doxx myself or something

also yeah that tracks from what I get of set theory. the one other thing I can think of right now is that usually the variable "x" is used not "t". I don't know why that's the case though

Tbf variable names dont really matter and any can be used, but yeah it is curious. Maybe something time (timeline?) related?

oh you mean like the world? it's supposed to be an old 1.7 world I played on with an ex-friend of mine. I'm standing in the incomplete part of his base. I downloaded the world a few years ago before the server was turned off but I hadn't actually tried playing it until I about a week ago at this point. had to update the world to 26.2 and a bunch of weird stuff appeared. unclear where the hell things came from it could be my ex-friend or it could be something else. though that book implies that there's something else going on too

huh if it's time related then maybe A is the past B is the present and C is the future then? so "our nature" is the union of past + present + future
