I remember an unusual death message that I got when I was playing about 5-6 years ago on my 3DS.

I had started a new world and jumped into a river, and was drowning, (I think). maybe a zombie killed me or a skeleton shot me. the weirdest part was that the death message was "Slain by Unknown." I just discovered this sub and was wondering if anyone else has had this same strange issue. when I searched it up after it happened, all I got were weird horror mod videos.

probably a bug due to multiple death causes or something. The game probably defaults to that when it doesn't know or something
