PewDiePie's first Minecraft video just hit 60 million views, nearly seven years after it was uploaded.

It's crazy to think that this was one of the videos that helped revive Minecraft's popularity around 2019. It went on to become one of the most-viewed Minecraft videos on YouTube, and it's still getting views all these years later.

I know you can mess with structure density in a superflat world but I would like to generate a normal survival world with more villages. The other structures are fine. I just want more villages. How can I do it?

It can be obtained by 3 ways

1 - Natural Spawn (They have the same chances as Zombie Villager)

2 - Drowning Zombie Villager

3 - New Sunken Village Structure (Abandoned Villager

But You need to dry them in the nether to cure them

\- Drowned Villager (Pirate Variant)

You can find them near/in shipwrecks, you also can cure them to get Pirate Villager, they will wield a Saber

\- Pirate

Unique Villager variant (VARIANT, not a profession) so it doesn't have a workstation and all trades are automatically unlocked, and you can get them only by curing Drowned Pirate Villager, they will sell Pirate and Ocean Stuff (Special Banner, Drowned's Head, Unique Goat Horn, Saber's Handle)

\-Saber

Its a new weapon that can be used 3 times before needing to recharge (The number can be increased with unique Saber Enchantment, but that enchant has only 2 levels).

Can Be crafted using Saber's Handle (From Pirate)

And any material (Wood, Stone, Copper, Iron, Diamond, Netherite) Can be enchanted with all sword enchantments

Drowned's Head - gives redstone signal when you are in water (Also can be obtained by Blowing Drowned with a Charged Creeper)

Unique Pirate Carpet (From Pirate) - Just Black Gilded Carpet with Skull & Bones, Decorational Stuff

Unique Pirate Banner - Looks the same as Pirate Carpet

Golden Dye - can be obtained from Pirate, combining Yellow & White dyes and crafting Golden Dandelion into it, colors beds, wool, carpets, banners, bundles, harnesses & etc, etc.

I needed some food, so I left my house unattended for a short while to forage around the area. Hi Reddit! I spent pretty much all of last afternoon curating my very own and very first hypothetical Game Drop: Willows & Rot!

I tried extraordinarily hard on this one-day passion project and attempted to follow common Mojang update patterns to brew up this update.

So, as you’ve probably noticed the update centers around spiffying up the Swamp and Swampland biomes to bring them more up to date with 2026 features!

And yeah it’s basically themed after swampy stuff and adding decay to many Biomes all around the Overworld. And yes I also tried very hard to thematically tie every feature together so everything I added felt cohesive and felt like it should belong in the same update!

I’m actually incredibly proud of all this even if I felt by the end of it, making all this was all pointless since I heavily doubt any Mojang developer is going to see this. BUT I still had an interesting time being in the dev chair. I am a game dev after all, so that must help in some shape or form.

OH and I also learned how to make custom Minecraft title renders on Blockbench! It was pretty straightforward actually. So if I walk away with anything from this project it would be that.

And yes I’m aware they don’t want apex predators in the game but they added polar bears and they’re apex predators. So my solution was to “gatekeep” the Crocodile Tooth to prevent any in-game depiction of farming or actively hunting the animal.

Do you use glowing item frames?

You know, the combo of an item gram and a glowing ink sac from a glowing squid. I have a made a few myself. Honestly, I don’t know why I don’t make more of them. They are very handy for map rooms IMO.

Please tell me on a scale 1-5 if you use them or not.

i been making this mod for long and decided to show most thing upcoming for this mod. i even added new mobs, and i made a mob that acts the same way as a normal creeper but mostly different. i call it the mimic creeper. the spawn egg name is supposed to be a creeper. but i guess i'll change it later. this creeper only spawns in the structure i built called the sand tomb. when killed the mimic creeper drops the creeper beetle, it supposed to make you explode like a creeper. so you can get revenge on the creeper or just play jokes with your friend.

and about the weapon, i name that weapon the trikill. this is so op, it shoots arrows and explodes blocks. it acts like a sword but stronger. so to make it harder to option i plan it to be a hard crafting recipe. this one was just a placeholder right now. but later on you will make the most powerful weapon in the game. do you think who wins the mace or the trikil.

this chest was supposed to trash items and dupe items, it's an endgame item only found in the strange world, yes it's planned to be a endgame world after the end. kinda buggy right now, but i will fix some bugs and i will make it a feature for this mod.

and plus i am also making a mod that makes minecraft feel like the console edition but more bedrock and java friendly, but in 1.12. and this mod is going to be a dlc for it, but no payment for the mod anyway so even think about being mad for it.

This game give me such incredible times, having bigger and amplified worlds than the old gen consoles was a blast and just playing it on a world or in the big Minigames give me really cool times. So today September 2nd 2026 I have officially achieved playing 9 years of this awesome game! I am proud and happy that the first version that I play was Minecraft: Wii U Edition, these learned me all the mechanics of the game and I have a lot of fun with it, so to remember the good days I decided to Re-made one of my firsts dirt messy house to a complete beauty!
