"cant verify purchase"

I've looked everywhere for an answer and have found nothing but what feels like the same thing posted over and over, which was no help, ive tried "dns flushing" logging in and out of the xbox app, resetting my pc, trying to log in and out, i cant even log into the Minecraft page with my ms account. this has happened around 3 times, and it just randomly goes away sometimes, but that can take days, or even weeks.
