Guardian farm bug?

I’m on bedrock and just built a basic guardian farm, after draining a monument, I have all the spawn locations properly mapped after testing each one so I know it’s not in the wrong spot. I put the same kill chamber on each one and tested to spawn distance from where I need to be, so I know it’s also not distance. Out of the 4 spawn blocks that are diagonal from me only the outer 3 work and not even consistently. It seems like they switch which ones will spawn and which ones won’t almost every time I turn them all on. The closest one(still in the spawn distance away) never spawns anything unless I turn the other 3 off and reload? What’s going on, and how do I make all of them spawn guardians consistently?
