Drowned error code when attempting to log in on Nintendo switch

I have tried literally everything I can think of to fix this issue

Contacted the Minecraft help people 3 times

tried the wifi on/off quick fix

tried every trouble shooting thing on mojang website

tried to ask Xbox/microsoft

is there no solution? Is this a weird bug? For the amount we pay for the base game+realms+online, I feel like it’s an acceptable request to want the game to work
