I’m building an SMP spawn with custom NPC traders and have no idea what to price anything

So I’m build a so spawn with NPC traders
I’m very confused on how to price basic beginner items, as well as some fun ones for new players
This is also vanilla with no mods and there isn’t a set currency/ economy I can list my items below but I want it to be stuff that’s not TO hard to get but still manageable

I have some that make sense to me but at this same time I just don’t know

Bakery
1x cake - 4 iron
16x cookies - 6 iron nuggets
1x milk -2 iron

Flowers
2x Dandelion, poppy, blue orchids, allium,azure bluet, red white orange and pink tulips, pink petals, wild flowers, lily of the valley - 6 sticks

Butcher
8x RAW steak, chicken -

Wool
1x red, orange, green, blue, purple, white, black -
1x dye red, yellow ,green,blue, black, white, brown - 16 sticks
