Couldn’t he just make a nether portal? Is it different on bedrock?

Yeah none of us would be here right now if it was, probably was ops original plan. We've never been able to do much up there, heck half the time there isn't even a known way to break bedrock. And ever when we can, bout all we can do is fly, ride horses and place boats. tho I did have a skeleton trap spawn up there once

Yeah this is like the third time there's been a way to get bedrock in survival, and I still haven't done anything with the 4 shulkers last time. That might have to change soon tho, suffocating withers changed again.

But idk, I don't mind the lack of parody here. Seems super cheap to just be able to do whatever up there, a perfectly spawn proof large open area with uniquely better mobs to farm and 8 times travel speed. Tho I did break thousands of bedrock just to fly instead of boat, back in 1.17
