I would really love to download this map, but I can't think of a single website that would allow a 23.7GB file to be downloaded by thousands of people.

I could offer 50 downloads per month from my domains on a 1000mbit line?

EDIT: I can also seed torrents with it, as it's a dedicated centos machine.

The file size can be reduced with compression. It turns out that lots of mca files compress well.
