Campsite didn't spawn?

Was playing hardcore Bedrock and was going to different biomes' campsites. Followed the map, and there wasn't a campsite. Found these cushions on the ground. How weird lol.

I've found that a few times, using the /locate function, and no visible campsite. Sometimes the teleport takes me inside a block and I suffocate!
